At Garrett Leight California Optical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear. We offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the frames are in their original, unworn condition.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

Package Your Frames

Place the eyewear in its original case and packaging to ensure protection during transit, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
